Lyophilized Powders
Standard Shipping
Lyophilized products are shelf-stable and ship safely via UPS at any service level. Choose the speed that works for you.
The most economical option and the default for most orders. Transit times vary by destination for addresses outside Southern California.
Faster delivery for orders that need to arrive within the week.
Priority overnight delivery for time-sensitive orders.
Available within our local delivery zone. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship same day.

Cold-Chain Shipping
Pre-mixed products ship refrigerated with ice packs and insulated packaging on every order, regardless of shipping method. Most Southern California addresses receive UPS Ground orders the next business day, keeping the cold chain intact for the transit window.

Recommended for addresses outside Southern California or during warmer months to minimize transit time.

All deliveries arrive in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no external indication of the sender or contents.
Mixed Orders
Ordering both lyophilized and pre-mixed products? Everything ships together in cold-chain packaging. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday are processed same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Lyophilized and pre-mixed products both ship to all 50 states via UPS. Pre-mixed orders ship with cold-chain packaging on every order. For addresses outside Southern California, we recommend 2-Day Air or faster to minimize transit time for temperature-sensitive products.
