How We Ship
All orders ship via UPS or FedEx, your choice, with live rates shown at checkout. Pre-mixed solutions ship refrigerated and only on days they can be delivered the next business day.

You pick the carrier and the speed. Rates from both UPS and FedEx are calculated in real time based on your location and the items in your order, so you can compare and choose before you complete your order.
Carriers
UPS or FedEx, Your Call
Both carriers are available on every order. Which one is cheaper depends on where you are and how fast you need it.
UPS Ground is our most economical option and reaches most Southern California addresses the next business day. It's the default choice for local orders.
For overnight and longer-distance shipments, FedEx is typically the lower-cost option. Most members choose FedEx when they need next-day air.
Lyophilized Powders
Standard Shipping
Lyophilized products are shelf-stable and ship safely at any service level. Orders process Monday through Friday with a 12:00 PM PT cutoff for same-day handling.
The most economical option and the default for most orders. Transit times vary by destination for addresses outside Southern California.
Priority overnight delivery for time-sensitive orders. FedEx is usually the lower-cost overnight option for longer distances.
Faster delivery for orders that need to arrive within the week without paying for overnight.
Orders placed before noon Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Anything after that ships the next business day.
Pre-Mixed Solutions
Cold-Chain Shipping
Pre-mixed products ship refrigerated with ice packs and insulated packaging on every order, regardless of carrier or service level. To protect that cold chain, they only go out on days they can be delivered the next business day.
Pre-mixed orders ship Monday through Thursday.
We won't put a cold product into transit if it would sit in a carrier facility over a weekend. In practice that means a Thursday 12:00 PM PT cutoff for the week. Pre-mixed orders placed after that, or any time over the weekend, ship the following Monday. This keeps every pre-mixed order moving straight from our refrigerator to your door, delivered the next business day.
Ships refrigerated with ice packs and insulated packaging. The standard option for most pre-mixed orders within Southern California, where ground arrives next business day.
Recommended for addresses outside Southern California or during warmer months to minimize transit time. FedEx is usually the lower-cost overnight option.
Cold-Chain Packaging
Every pre-mixed order ships refrigerated with ice packs and insulated packaging. This applies to all carriers and service levels, including UPS Ground.
Unbranded Packaging
All deliveries arrive in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no external indication of the sender or contents.
Mixed Orders
Ordering both lyophilized and pre-mixed products? The whole order ships together in cold-chain packaging and follows the pre-mixed Monday to Thursday schedule.
Processing Time
Lyophilized and accessory orders process Monday through Friday. Pre-mixed and mixed orders process Monday through Thursday. Cutoff is 12:00 PM PT. Anything after the cutoff moves to the next eligible ship day.
Holidays follow the same rule.
Pre-mixed products are treated the same way around holidays as around weekends. During holiday weeks the pre-mixed cutoff may move earlier so nothing is held in a carrier facility over a closed delivery day. If a holiday affects your order, we hold it for the next eligible ship day and it goes out cold, delivered the next business day.
We ship nationwide.
Lyophilized and pre-mixed products both ship to all 50 states via UPS and FedEx. Pre-mixed orders ship with cold-chain packaging every time. For addresses outside Southern California, we recommend overnight so temperature-sensitive products spend as little time in transit as possible.
All UPS and FedEx rates are calculated live at checkout based on your location and order contents. Pre-mixed products ship Monday through Thursday only, and only when next-business-day delivery is available, so the cold chain holds the whole way.
