Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Refunds and replacements are available only in the limited circumstances described below.


Exceptions

We will review claims in the following situations only:

1. Damaged Products If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence showing the damage to both the product and the packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed. We recommend photographing your package before opening it.

2. Incorrect Items If you receive a product that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

3. Purity Discrepancies If independent laboratory testing demonstrates that a product fails to meet the purity specifications stated on its Certificate of Analysis, you may submit a claim. Independent testing must be conducted at your expense at an accredited laboratory, and you must provide the full laboratory report with your submission. Everform Life will review the claim and, at its sole discretion, determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted. This exception applies only to products sold with an accompanying COA.

Pre-mixed solutions must be refrigerated upon receipt and stored according to the guidelines provided. Claims related to product quality where proper post-delivery storage cannot be confirmed are not eligible for review.


How to Submit a Claim

Email support@everformlife.com with the following included. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence (required for damaged or incorrect items)
  • Full laboratory report from an accredited facility (required for purity claims)

Approved Claims

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacements, if approved, will be shipped at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe following approval.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@everformlife.com. Orders that have not yet been invoiced or paid may be cancelled without penalty. Once payment has been received and the order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and the all-sales-final policy applies.
