Service Area

Everform Life ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.


Shipping Methods and Rates

Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on your location and order contents. All available shipping options and exact pricing are displayed at checkout before payment.

Local courier delivery is available within our service area for qualifying orders. Courier availability and rates, if applicable, are also displayed at checkout.


Lyophilized Products

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder products are shelf-stable and can be shipped safely at any UPS service level. Most Southern California addresses receive UPS Ground orders the next business day.


Pre-Mixed Solutions

Pre-mixed products ship refrigerated with ice packs and insulated packaging on every order, regardless of shipping method selected. Most Southern California addresses receive UPS Ground orders the next business day, which is sufficient to maintain cold-chain integrity for that transit window.

For addresses outside Southern California, we recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air to minimize transit time. Everform Life cannot guarantee environmental conditions during carrier transit or after delivery. Pre-mixed products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.


Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is received. Because we use an invoice-based payment system, your order will not be prepared for shipment until your invoice has been paid.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of confirmed payment. Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email and/or SMS once your order has shipped.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Everform Life is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier handoff.

If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your order arrives damaged, see our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.


Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Everform Life is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship.
